The service operate a open rehab ward for males 18+ who have been detained under the mental health act, these individuals may also have a forensic history, have personality disorder.

A valid NMC registration is essential, alongside a demonstrable track record of managing a team within a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
