Our FMCG client, operating successfully in over 100 countries and with ambitious growth plans, is looking to appoint a Head of People & Culture.
This key role will partner with Global Functions leaders in their offices within the Cambridgeshire area. These functions, which include Finance, IT, and Manufacturing, are crucial to achieving high performance and supporting the organization's growth through technology-driven NPD programs and M&A initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key partnering role in talent acquisition, talent development and employee engagement for these functions, whilst ensuring a high level of operational performance from HR. They will naturally want to embed the core values and philosophies of the business into everyday working practices and will serve as a role model for these desired practices and behaviours.
This position, reporting to the CHRO, is not only an excellent entry point to the company but also offers the potential to expand responsibilities and personal development, and paves the way for many exciting career advancements within the broader group.
