Site Administrator
£28,000 per annum - 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to support our Site. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site administration activities, allowing the Site Operations Manager and Department Managers to focus more time on standards, sales, and the customer and colleague experience.
You will work closely and communicate with site colleagues at all levels, Central Support, and external business partners to ensure that your own and your appropriate site targets are collaboratively delivered.

You will be responsible for:
* Working closely with GSA, our cleaning partner, to deliver site cleanliness standards.
* Consulting on the department uniform spend to ensure the site budget is achieved annually.
* Supporting weekly fire checks and alarm tests (and duty checks once weekly).
* Reviewing site maintenance jobs for escalation and quotation on our online platform, escalating where needed to SOM outstanding jobs, and reviewing and acting on messages.
* Being accountable for the delivery and relationship at site for ground works.
* Being accountable for the implementation of gaming compliance, KPIs, processes, minimizing smart safe peaks, and solving claims when on site.
* Ensuring the site personal files are maintained by DM’s with the appropriate handling of sensitive data.
* Preparing Return to Work documentation, note-taking in ER meetings, onboarding, E-Learning, celebrating success, and being a Dayforce champion.
* Supporting Department Managers with recruitment in peak times.
* Supporting the resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.
