A client of ours on the outskirts of Colchester are recruiting an Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a full-time office based position working around 25 hours per week and paying between £ - £ per hour (£26,000 - £30,000 FTE) depending on experience.
Working in a small finance team of 3 your key duties in this Part Time Accounts Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
1. Purchase ledger management
2. Sales invoicing
3. Dealing with customer queries
4. Chasing outstanding rents
5. Preparing annual returns
6. Managing landlord and tenant accounts
7. Preparing rent statements
8. Any other duties which may be required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
9. Experience within a similar accounts role essential
10. Excellent communication skills
11. AAT Accountancy qualification desirable
