As an SEN Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the education of a young individual by being completely focused on and tailored to their specific needs. What does a typical day entail?
* Collaborating with children who have SEN and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Engaging with young individuals facing various learning barriers.

What qualities are we looking for?
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEN/education.
* Commitment to and understanding of safeguarding principles.
* Experience in effectively engaging young individuals with complex and challenging behaviours.
* Availability for at least 4 days per week.
* Access to personal transport with the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.
The working hours align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), offering flexibility in terms of days worked, occasionally limited to mornings or afternoons. We provide you with the opportunity to manage your schedule around personal commitments.
