Job Description
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Bid Coordinator to join our friendly Business Development team at our Tatthenhall site on a 12 month fixed term contract!
As a Bid Coordinator you will support the Business Development Team in its core activities of winning new business by helping to coordinate and respond to end-to-end tender/bid processes, whilst supporting the creation and development of sales marketing collateral at both Great Bear and Culina Group level.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,500 per annum.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Key Duties of a Bid Coordinator:
1. Support creation of bid response documents and customer presentations ensuring each bid is positioned correctly with clear win themes and messages to maximise success rates.
2. Support final bid “pack” compilation to submit to the customer, ensuring tender compliance and going “above & beyond” requirements where possible / appropriate.
3. Completion of RFI, RFP, tender questionnaire documents; including ensuring correct and latest supporting certifications, SOPs, BCPs, financial summaries, insurance details etc. are validated and maintained.
4. You will help to drive quality throughout the bid process and consistency of output across the bid team working on each project.
5. Liaise and work closely with the sales; solutions and wider senior operations team to help manage tender and marketing projects progress.
6. Manage the scheduling of meetings for both bid response and marketing project activities in accordance with the objectives of the bid/project and customer expectations.
7. Act as key liaison with marketing leads from other Business Units within Culina Group.
8. Support marketing for promotional and networking events; set-up, corporate giveaways, bespoke brochures, promotional videos, advertising campaigns.

11. Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
12. Forms great relationships with direct colleagues and wider teams.
13. Ability to use MS Office to a very good standard – with particular focus on PowerPoint & Excel.
14. Experience or willingness to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
