Job Description
Duties:
Reception:
* Meeting and greeting brokers and guests
* Answering telephone calls and taking messages
* Organising the company calendar
* Booking meeting rooms
* Liaising with Chelmsford PA
* Attending to brokers/guests on arrival
* Preparing the meeting rooms/boardrooms for meetings
* Booking lunches and other appointments
* Organising catering lunches
* Ordering drinks and keeping the fridges and coffee machine stocked
* Ordering stationary
Administration:
* Checking and logging presentations on the system
* Issuing quotations
* Monitoring email inboxes
* Liaising with brokers by phone/email
* Maintaining and monitoring the diary system, including quotation chasing
Skills:
* Strong inter-personal skills
* Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
* Excellent time management.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team and also take own initiative.
Required Experience: Previous reception experience preferable.
Required Qualifications: Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE in English & Maths
