CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR-SKELMERSDALE-PERMANENT- £23,795k-£26,000k
Due to a recent promotion within the company, our client is seeking for a well organised, proactive to support with construction projects. You will be joining a friendly team of 12.
Main duties:
1. Booking in jobs
2. Loading jobs onto their systems
3. Calling and emailing confirmation to customers
4. Keeping any changes to appointments updated
5. Contacting customers to advise of changes to dates and times of appointments
Working hours:
6. Monday to Friday
7. 8:00am-4:30pm
The ideal individual will have previous administration experience, be able to work under pressure and will be keen to learn.
