Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Night Shift

About the role:
Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their clients skilled team in Ilfracombe. This is a night shift position, with the primary focus on ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of industrial equipment in the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and maintain industrial equipment
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
* Replace faulty parts and components
* Work closely with the production team to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules
* Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Keep accurate maintenance records
* Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer on industrial equipment
2. Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
