LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The Learning & Development team in HCM oversees learning and development initiatives and programming for the firm. We educate our people on our culture, develop new and experienced managers and leaders, build the skills for creating inclusive environments, orient new hires, help people design their career paths, and provide opportunities for technical skill development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contribute to shaping the region's overall learning strategy
2. Build trusted relationships with HCM colleagues to understand and prioritize evolving development needs across businesses and regions
3. Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
4. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies
5. Partner with global and regional colleagues to design, deliver and measure impact of firmwide learning programs to ensure they offer the best solutions for stakeholders
6. Serve as a core team member for a variety of initiatives and take a hands-on approach with project management
7. Oversee and manage junior colleagues within the learning & development team
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
8. Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience, 3-5 years within a learning & development role
9. Experience working with and developing programming for high potential leaders and managers
10. Organizational psychology background desirable
11. Ability to teach a variety of leadership topics
12. Excellent project management and execution skills; strong detail orientation; strong analytical skills
13. Experience in overseeing multifaceted initiatives and working on a global team
14. Problem solver with ability to diagnose problems and develop innovative approaches to deliver learning solutions
15. Excellentmunication skills; experience in formal / informal presentation and facilitation
16. Demonstrated ability to build relationships
17. Group facilitation and consultative skills
18. Experience and expertise desigining learning offerings workshops
19. Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated client service focus
20. Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence
21. Strongmercial orientation and good understanding of the firm's business
22. A strong growth mindset and consistent focus on self-improvement
