Our client is looking for a Service Co-Ordinator to help enhance their service delivery and support their growing customer base. Based at their UK headquarters in Bodmin, Cornwall, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between their internal teams, partners, and customers, helping to deliver outstanding service across the UK and internationally.
About the Role:
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you'll be the key link between the service team and their customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service performance, supporting process improvements, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. You’ll also help organize logistics, travel, and field support for the team, with occasional site visits to enhance your product and service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high levels of communication across teams and with external partners/customers.
* Monitor service performance, ensuring adherence to service levels and accurate reporting.
* Organize and prioritize service calls, team allocation, and logistics.
* Provide admin support including travel, accommodation, and expense management.
* Occasionally provide field support as needed, including covering holidays.
About You:
You’re a proactive, organized individual with customer service experience and great communication skills. Ideally, you have a background in service management and appreciate the importance of delivering a great customer experience. You’re comfortable with data management and reporting, and are willing to travel when required.
