Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Locations: Watford, Rickmansworth, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £95-115 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Watford, Rickmansworth, St Albans, and Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for education to gain valuable classroom experience and support local schools.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task with the work set by the class teacher.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, promoting good behaviour in line with school policies.
Deliver clear instructions and support students with their learning where required.
Adapt to different school environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people, either in a school setting or a similar environment, is desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
A calm and confident presence, able to engage and motivate students.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred, as the role involves working across multiple schools.
