Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR Advisor with good Employee relations experience for one of our excellent clients based close to Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. A role where there is focus on managing ER casework of varying complexity but with generalist duties as part of the role also! This is a fantastic on site opportunity for an established advisor to join a collaborative team in a fast paced role!
Responsibilities:
- Manage ER case work independently from inception through to resolution ensuring best possible outcomes for both colleagues and the organisation.
- Provide advice to line managers on best practice HR.
- Provide information to colleagues regarding HR policy and procedure ensuring HR compliance.
- Manage associated HR administration for ER case work.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as outlined by management.
- Support with managing the HR inbox.
Skills:
- Strong Employee relations experience and prior experience of managing casework end to end.
- CIPD Level 5.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
- Good understanding of the HR function.
