Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host in a car dealership based in Bracknell.
Dates Required: 2nd, 6th and 9th December
Hours: 8-6
Pay rate: £12ph
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Providing general assistance and information to clients and visitors
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A friendly and approachable attitude
