Customer Success Manager Location: Exeter (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 Are you consultative in your approach? Are you passionate about improving efficiency, and love to help customers optimise their use of innovative products? If so this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they get maximum value from the product. Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve customer understanding and usage. Collaborate with clients face-to-face and remotely to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Travel as required to meet with clients, ensuring a hands-on approach to customer success. What We’re Looking For: A natural problem-solver with a consultative mindset. Someone excited to learn and understand the ins and outs of a product. Experience in a tech-driven environment. Confident leading workshops and presenting to clients. A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
