Are you an outstanding HR Manager who is comfortable, and enjoys being in a stand alone role? Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with an independent think tank, working within the UK political space. Our client is looking to formalise its HR function and this will be the first HR specific role within the organisation. This role offers an HR Manager the opportunity to develop a blank canvas within an organisation which values EDI and excellent best practice and governance.
Based in a central London location, this hybrid role values team cohesion with all employees being based in the office 3 days per week. Recruitment is an important part of this role, and so being happy managing operational HR responsibilities whilst also considering the strategic outlook for a function in the making is key.
The ideal candidate is likely to be CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent, and will be able to demonstrate a strong capability to take a charge of an HR function and continue the great foundations that are in place in regards to people and culture.
