Project Manager - The Role:
⦁ Managing a variety of projects, from large production lines to small table-top units
⦁ Ensuring projects meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives
⦁ Resolving key project risks and issues
⦁ Maintaining a clear understanding of the project scope and managing the commercial impact of changes
⦁ Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
⦁ Corresponding with customers and suppliers on technical issues
Project Manager - The Person:
⦁ A systematic approach to work with great attention to detail
⦁ Excellent relationship-building skills with key client stakeholders
⦁ A strong customer focus
⦁ The ability to work effectively with people across departments and shop floor staff
⦁ Experience in managing projects in a technical environment, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years+)
⦁ Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry sector and an understanding of GMP and validation principles (advantageous)
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of the automation sector – either an electrical or mechanical bias. You will be happy to travel 2/3 days per month to visit with clients for new clients or update meetings.
