Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Handle various iing and outbound telephone calls effectively, providing an efficient and effective service to existing and potential customers.
2. Assist in the administration and planning of asset maintenance work and connection planning to the Phoenix Energy Network, utilising diary and resource planning systems.
3. Handle and resolve customerplaints in line withpany values and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond effectively to reported gas emergencies, ensuring accurate collection, and recording of customer data and the reported incident
What you'll need to succeed
5. At least one year’s experience working within a customer service for which includes dealing with telephone enquiries.
6. OR At least one year’s experience in a retail environment.
7. Or at least one year’s administrative experience.
8. Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and maths Grade C or above
9. Desirable - 1 years experience working within a contact Centre dealing with a high volume of telephone enquiries
10. Experience of managing a diary system
11. Experience ofplaint handling
12. Experience of updating high levels of data on aputer system
