£30,000 - £35,000 DOE (40 - 45k OTE) + Company Car
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all aspects of this independent Estate Agency working closely with the Managing Director to drive success across their portfolio of 350 properties.
Ideally the successful candidate will be a strong Lettings / Branch Manager and have an established presence in the Liverpool Property market.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
2. Attending and instructing lettings valuations
3. Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
4. Training, leading and mentoring a team to achieve high standards
5. Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
