I am seeking a Registered Home Manager to manage a medium sized Elderly Care Home in Torquay.
Key Responsibilities of a Care Home Manager:
1. Overall running of the care home
2. Managing budgets
3. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
4. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
5. To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Care Home Manager Requirements:
6. Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a strong Deputy or Home Manager
7. Experience working with the Elderly
8. Managing budgets
9. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
10. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
11. To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
