Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and property portals, and actively engage in canvassing activities.
2. Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations and manage listings, ensuring accurate and engaging marketing presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain regular communication with vendors, arrange property viewings, and provide timely feedback.
4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome for all parties.
5. Sales Progression: Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sale process from offer to completion.
About You:
6. Experience: Estate agency experience, with a track record in conducting valuations/market appraisals.
7. Passionate & Driven: Strong drive to succeed, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
8. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
9. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT and an openness to adopting new technology.
10. Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is an advantage.
11. Business Acumen: Ability to identify and seize local market opportunities.
