Skybus has a vacancy for a Passenger Handling Assistant, based at St Mary’s Airport.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Check-in and aircraft dispatch
2. Completing load sheets
3. Assisting passengers during times of disruption
4. Dealing with customer enquiries
5. Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications and requirements:
Previous Airline or Airport customer service experience is preferred.
A good general education, excellent communication, good communication skills, customer service and computer skills.
You should be flexible towards working hours.
Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
Hours:
This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, normally 4 x 10½ hour shifts with a daily break of 30 minutes.
Rostered shifts to meet the airline’s requirements.
