The role
; including mandatory training deadline activities and proper escalation of outstanding training.
1. Ensure that all team documents, trackers, reports and diaries are kept up to date with current information and relevant detail (in particular reasons for outstanding training on deadline reports).

4. A curiosity/interest in challenging existing processes and using the firms digital tools to improve ways of working
5. Intermediate to advanced analytic skills (using excel and Google sheets)
6. Proven ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once
7. Proven ability to demonstrate agility and adaptation in an ever changing landscape
8. Goal orientated - maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables
9. Commercially orientated - keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
10. Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as a track record of working professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider-team
11. Proven ability to manage and prioritise projects and work to deadlines
12. Ability to build and maintain good relationships to hold challenging conversations with Partners and senior staff within the business
13. Communicate confidently and effectively, both in written and verbal form
14. Effectively use online collaboration tools i.e. Google, Currents, etc.
