KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure timely responses to all emails in the inbox
* Following up with clients after initial enquiry
* Processing payments using an online system or PDQ machine
* Maintain relationships with external Project Leaders
* Managing client expectations of when their orders are due
* Generate confirmation email to clients following shipment with tracking information
* Work closely with logistics team to resolve any shipping queries during the dispatch process and once packages have been dispatched
* Update order forms regularly to keep data and pricing accurate
* Assisting the sales support team with order processing as required
* Assisting the finance team with payments and occasionally generating invoices for payment
* Helping out with events when required
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Strong attention to detail, and ability to input data accurately
2. High standard of written English and grammar, and ability to communicate well both verbally and written
3. Good mathematical skills
