Robert Half are proud to partner with a prestigious educational institution based in Stirling to appoint a temporary Credit Controller for a 3 month period with the view to going permanent. The role will be supporting the Credit Control function with the collection of commercial debt.
Stirling (Hybrid working)
£12-14 per hour DOE
Full time - 3 month contract
Responsibilities
1. Credit Control and Credit Analysis on a Sales-ledger of Accounts
2. Obtaining payment from Clients using effective collection techniques via telephone/email
3. Query resolution and Credit note processing resolving disputes efficiently
4. Sales Ledger account reconciliations and associated commentary + payment forecasting
5. Running order hold & release processes on overdue accounts and communicating with internal stakeholders
6. Providing support to the Finance Manager and Credit Control colleagues when required
Requirements
7. Previous experience in a Credit Control role
8. Available for an immediate start
9. Attention to detail
10. Demonstrate commitment to completing the contract
