Customer Service Advisor

Recruitment Solutions have been working in partnership with a market leading distribution business for a number of years. Due to huge growth (30% in the last year!) we are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team on a PERMANENT basis.
Job summary

2. 9am-5pm (flexibility can be offered) hours per week

About the role
As part of this role, you would be able to work from home 3 days a week once training has been completed (approx 12 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
5. Answering customer emails and phone calls.
6. Resolving any issues with deliveries or products
7. Answering any general enquiries in regards to the services on offer
8. Data processing and inputting onto a bespoke CRM system
9. Preparing and processing orders
10. Liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth service
Candidate Expectations:
11. Friendly, bubbly, confident personality.
12. Experience in customer service is advantageous, but not essential
13. Ablility to resolve issues in a calm & professional manner whilst remaining empathetic
14. Strong computer skills (MS Outlook / Excel)
Working Days, Hours & Salay:
15. Monday – Friday
16. 9am – 5pm (approx) – some flexibility can be offered
17. £23,500 p/annum (+ performance bonuses, allowing up to £26,500)
18. 5% annual christmas bonus (profit dependant)
19. 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home (once training completed)
