TheRole:
As Senior Business InsightAnalyst you will be developing cuttingedge insight to explainperformance and opportunities. You will use your technicalexperience to deliver the data and actionable insight and yourexceptional stakeholder management skills to drive change manageexpectations and engage seniorstakeholders.
Whatwill youdo
* Deliveringautomated processes to report regularly on performance and usingthis reporting to provide insights and proposals to the business onactivity.
* Deliveringrobust data and processes to support accurate timely planning andforecasting on annual monthly and ad hoc cycles.
* Work closely with theproduct team to translate insights into actionable productenhancements and features.
* Facilitate workshops andmeetings to gather feedback and validate solutions withcrossfunctional teams.
* Support the testing andvalidation of new features and enhancements ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and customer needs.
* Using Tableau to makedata and insight visible and interactive to stakeholders around thebusiness.
* Ensuring aconsistent approach to insight across all Group brands.

* Experiencewithin the insurance industry (if youve worked in travel evenbetter!) or similar sector experience although an eagerness toimprove your knowledge of our industry will bodewell
* Experience working with Tableau or asimilar analysis & visualization tool to produce engaginginteractive insight.
* SQL skills are a bonus butnot a requirement.
* An understanding of GoogleAnalytics 4 and how it differs from UniversalAnalytics.
