Job Description
3. Prepare monthly financial reports.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
5. Assist with annual budget planning and quarterly forecasts.
6. Perform data analysis to support financial decisions.
7. Comply with financial policies and regulations.
8. Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to optimise financial processes.
9. Conduct financial audits and prepare audit findings reports.
10. Provide support to other departments on financial matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
12. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
15. Excellent numerical skills and ability to handle data confidentially.
16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
