Key Responsibilities:

2. Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.

5. Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with children or young adults with complex needs is preferred.
2. A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
5. Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
