As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for creating and managing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and site files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
1. O&M Manuals: Develop, compile, and maintain comprehensive O&M manuals for various projects, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements.
2. Site Files: Create and manage site files, including all relevant project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
3. Documentation Control: Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, easily accessible, and regularly updated.
4. Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation.
