Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
1. Supervise, manage and motivate the team
2. Ensure that the operation runs smoothly
3. Ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
4. Continuously work towards improving sales and service
5. Support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
6. Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
7. Ensure that the location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
8. Work with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets; achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
9. You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities
10. You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
11. You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met
12. Have experience in an Management role ideally in contract catering or hospitality
13. Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
14. Good delegation and influencing skills
15. Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
16. Must be able to secure an airside ID (5 years referencing, DBS and GSAT training (provided)
