Wealth Administrator
Location - Wiltshire
Salary - £23,000 - £30,000 based on experience

If you have previous experience in Financial Services and want to progress further, you could be working as part of a team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
The company provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, managers, families, and entrepreneurs.
The Role – Wealth Administrator
The position will require an enthusiastic and driven candidate to deliver first class support to our Wealth Managers. The role offers the opportunity to develop and learn within the business, with future opportunity to progress. You must project a professional image and entrepreneurial spirit in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
* Managing the full client review meeting process from end to end.
* Updating Confidential Financial Reviews input/updating
* Letter of Authority processing and chasing
* Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters
* Handling incoming calls and delegating action to other team members
* Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)
* Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers
* Continuous learning and development bespoke towards your ambitions and goals
The Person - Wealth Administrator
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an entrepreneurial, confident, motivated, highly organised, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
You must have previous experience and must be strong in the following areas:
* Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services (SJP experience would be a great advantage for the role)
* Proficient in the use of Salesforce software
* High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
* High standard of written & verbal communication skills
* Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word skills
* Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude
* Opportunity to complete CII exams
* Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team
* Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
