At Hays, we are proud to be working exclusively with an amazing not-for-profit organisation to recruit a key addition to their finance team. You will be joining their small, close-knit team to help them support the wider society. This role is for a part-time temporary finance assistant.
As a finance assistant, your main duties will include:
1. Purchase and sales ledger input
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Maintainingputerised accounts
4. General finance administration
5. Prepare and process end to end payroll on a monthly basis using Sage 50 payroll
6. Understand and interpret timesheets
For this role you will need a background in finance, with experience of dealing with both sales and purchase ledgers and general finance administration. You will also need to be someone who canmunicate well with others and be prepared to be flexible! Payroll knowledge is desirable, not necessary.
