About You
Responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving their complex IT issues, whilst ensuring the seamless operation of their IT environments. The ideal candidate will have developed some great skills having worked in the technology industry, previously providing support at a 2nd Line level or above you can extensively enhance your technical ability, and go onto work with us at 3rd Line level and above. The career progression path is clear, and there is a commitment to your learning, offering payment for exam passes in technical skill areas such as Microsoft or VMWare.
Skills
1. Office 365 (inclusive of Azure, Intune, Sharepoint).
2. Server infrastructure.
3. Networking.
4. Hypervisors (inclusive of ESXi and HyperV).
5. Server and desktop operating system.
