Personal Secretary to Chief Officer Team

Salary £24,921.00 - £27,351.00 per annum.

West Yorkshire Police is looking to recruit a Personal Secretary to join the Chief Officer Team Secretariat based at West Yorkshire Police Headquarters based in Wakefield. Parking is provided as part of the role.
In this role you will provide comprehensive and confidential secretariat support to the Chief Officer Team members. Candidates must have experience in supporting senior management within an organisation or the equivalent. Candidates must also have proficient word processing/typing skills and have a good working knowledge of and the ability to operate computerised software packages such as Microsoft Office 365.
As a Personal Secretary to the Chief Officer Team, you will be responsible for the provision of Office Cover between the hours of 8am and 6pm, on a rota basis. Please refer to the role profile for the post before completing and provide evidence in support of your application focusing on how you meet the requirements of the post from your past experience.
