In order to take our Sales Department to the next level, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role involves conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.
This role is about aiding to lead the sales department. Inspiring them will be crucial to the success of this role across our sales division.

Salary Package: £34,000 - £36,000

Requirements
Requirements of the role:
1. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within the sales team.
2. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
3. Prepare engaging learning materials, such as presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
5. Collaborate with sales team leaders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
7. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales team members as needed.
8. Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and the impact of training initiatives.
9. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and skill development.
10. Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and simulations to reinforce learning and improve performance.
To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need proven experience in:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
5. Proficiency in using training software and tools.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
