Job Summary
Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager position.
Key Objectives
1. Empower the team to deliver rich learning opportunities for all children by creating unique and exciting activities.
2. To lead and work proactively with the current Early Years Framework.
3. Establish and monitor the effectiveness of the planning for individual Children.
4. Role model interaction with children and support staff to foster an enthusiasm for learning.
5. Ensure all staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and carry out their role in line with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
6. Train and mentor all staff members.
7. Manage the overall day to day operation of the nursery.
Eligibility Criteria
1. At least 1 year previous experience as a Nursery Manager or 2 years as a deputy manager.
2. Minimum of 4 years experience in a nursery setting.
3. To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification for at least 3 years.
4. An unrivalled dedication to deliver exceptional childcare.
5. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
