Marketing Manager
Highly successful B2B organisation (part of a Global Group) is looking for a strategically minded Marketing Manager to continue their ongoing growth both in the UK and overseas.
The business has a good reputation in the market and through successful recent acquisitions is in a very strong position to take advantage of some HUGE opportunities in its market. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with the desire and ambition to join and be instrumental in taking the business to the next step revenue wise!
You will be someone who isn’t afraid of trying something new and taking a risk or two, harnessing the expertise within the business alongside your own experience, utilising the full mix of on and offline marketing channels.
Marketing Manager key responsibilities:
* Devise and manage all UK marketing activities, as well as contributing to global initiatives
* Lead and develop a team of three, as well as managing agency relationships
* Lead customer acquisition and retention tactics
* Creation and management of marketing materials
* Plan and manage multichannel campaigns
* Manage marketing performance reporting and measurement of KPIs, with periodic delivery of performance reviews and strategy updates to business and sales leaders
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years previous experience in B2B marketing strategy and creation across both offline (events, print) and digital (web, email, seo)
* Strong knowledge and proficiency with web content management platforms (e.g. WordPress)
* Experience of working with technical products and information desirable
* Knowledge and proficiency with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
