Activus Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency, specialising in providing top talent for various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to join our clients team on a part-time, permanent basis in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the company's executive, helping them stay organised and on top of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the executives' schedules and appointments, including arranging meetings and travel arrangements
- Coordinating and managing communication between the executives, clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining and organising files, records, and databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Providing general administrative support, maintain spreadsheets, preparing programmes and required documentation
- Acting as a liaison between the executives and other team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Packages including excellent knowledge of Excel
