Right2Work is a growing and thriving organisation, a Community Interest Company (CIC) and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Oaklea Trust, a registered charity.
The work we do includes, assisting learners move closer to work and sustaining work. We also aim to develop stronger communities by providing projects that promote well-being and environmental sustainability.

We are looking to recruit a new enthusiastic person with experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Marketing and sales
* HR & Culture and People Development
* Financial planning and strategic management.
* Social Enterprise
* Event Planning & Management
These skills are sought to ensure we have a balanced group of individuals on our Board.
If you can think at a strategic level, quickly absorb complex information, instinctively know the right questions to ask and be decisive then why not apply to join our Board.
