The social ability to develop client relations through phone calls, teams and attending meetings/networking events to market our brand and service. (training provided) To have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills To have the initiative in recruiting technically skilled professionals through online memberships and tools provided for you (training provided) Strong time management, people management and organisational skills A professional approach amongst peers and colleagues Desirable: Qualification related to Civil or structural Engineering.
