We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Brownhills.
The successful candidate will work with a small class of KS4/5 students with a range of needs, including autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex needs. Mainstream teachers are encouraged to apply, though some experience with SEND is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:
* Motivate, engage, and support students with a variety of special educational needs.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist in obtaining this).
* QTS or QTLS (instructors will also be considered).
* Safeguarding training (support can be provided).
* SEN experience or knowledge (desirable but not essential).

* Contract: Temp to Perm role
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Pay rate: £130-£200 per day, depending on experience
