Hospitality and Event Manager
Location: Just outside Northampton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Evenings and weekends required, with time off in lieu of overtime)
Salary: £28,000 per annum

A newly opened venue just outside Northampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a fresh and exciting space that offers a variety of events, conferences and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including events and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception through to completion.
* Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored events, including corporate functions and private parties.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff.
* Manage budgets, stock levels, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Duty management shifts may be required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in hospitality and event management.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
