This opportunity is flexible to work around existing commitments. Your week can either be worked as 3 longer days, or 4/ 5 shorter days.
Job Title: Part Time Finance Assistant
Hours: Circa 25 hours a week
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Location: Bagshot, onsite
Responsibilities:
* Ensure purchase invoices and credit notes are processed in a timely manner
* Compile and process credit card expenses
* Generate sales invoices using Sage
* Execute payment runs monthly
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Support with month-end journals
* Reconcile petty cash
* Handle customer and supplier queries
* Manage stationary orders
* Perform ad-hoc admin duties when required
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a role at a similar level
* Experience with Sage 50
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Organisation and communication skills
* An eye for detail
