Partnering with a leading global brand looking for an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to help them with a key part of their implementation. This is a remote role, 3 months initially up to £750pd outside IR35.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Subject Matter Expert to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. All our employees have reward packages, but currently lack a clear and consistent way to access and review this information. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing a Total Compensation Statement (TCS) solution within Oracle HCM Cloud that addresses this. You will collaborate closely with HR, compensation, and payroll teams across multiple countries and continents, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for our employees accessing their total compensation statements. This role demands a self-starter with a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR, with multiple client implementations of TCS in Global companies, and exceptional communication and project management skills.
