Sales Engineer
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary : £40-50k

Job Purpose:
Manage key customer accounts, find new business opportunities, and handle the process from quoting to order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
New Business Development: Seek out new customers and opportunities.
Quoting & Estimating: Handle customer inquiries and provide cost estimates.
Customer Service: Ensure smooth communication and support throughout the sales process.
Order Management: Enter and manage sales and works orders in the system.
Updates & Reporting: Keep customers updated and provide regular reports to the Managing Director.
Sales Forecasting: Predict and monitor sales performance against targets.
Market Insight: Share customer and market knowledge to inform business strategies.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts.
Quality Management: Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
Proactive and forward-thinking.
Accurate with paperwork and systems.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Able to work under pressure and solve problems.
Experience in aerospace or technical manufacturing (preferred).
