We are seeking an equity partner, not an employee. As a start-up, our directors have invested significant time and resources into the business, and we're not willing to take on a salesperson who isn't equally willing to invest in themselves. In return, we offer equity in the company.

Your Mission:
* Business Development: Lead from the front in securing new clients for Ninja Group.
* Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Get hands-on with prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals to build your portfolio.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for scaling sales and eventually expanding your team.
* Leadership Growth: As the business scales, take ownership of building, training, and leading a high-performing sales team, while contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
Requirements:
* Professional Services Sales Experience: Previous experience selling professional services is essential.
* New Business Hunter: A proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals is a must.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a start-up environment where you’ll wear multiple hats and are passionate about scaling a business.
* Self-Starter: Ability to initially work on a commission-only basis, with the drive to hit the ground running. How long it will take to cover a full salary will depend directly on your performance.
