Parkdean Resorts is seeking an innovative Marketing Campaign Manager to spearhead impactful campaigns that drive holiday bookings across our UK parks.
You will lead media strategy, collaborating with top agencies and our in-house team to deliver captivating content that brings our brand to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fun and collaborative environment.
About the Role
* Drive holiday sales targets and occupancy at all Parkdean Resorts holiday parks
* Brief and lead the media agency to develop effective media strategies and plans that integrate traditional and digital channels
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align media plans and campaigns to business goals and objectives
* Develop engaging content for various campaigns, including social media, paid digital, linear TV, and BVOD
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Marketing, with regional or local experience
* Proven track record of managing projects that deliver significant sales and margin growth within budget and on time
* Ability to think creatively and commission design
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships
