Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rooftop Waiter. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while enjoying panoramic views of London's skyline.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
3. Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rooftop bar and restaurant area.
5. Assist in setting up and breaking down the rooftop area before and after service.
6. Provide recommendations on food and beverage options based on guest preferences.
7. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
8. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Salary £11.90p/h plus tronc
