As a Partnerships Transactions Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with the Partnerships Project Manager and Partnerships Transactions Specialist to provide co-ordination support during live practice ownership sales. You will work in collaboration with the wider Partnerships Recruitment, Legal and Strategic Finance teams to ensure we deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders and that processes, systems and documentation are maintained and accurate. This is a varied role that will encapsulate communication with multiple stakeholders and Practice Owners in a fast paced environment, supported by a wider team driven to provide exceptional Practice Owner service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the team with communicating key messages to Practice Owners and prospective Practice Owners where required, clearly articulating updates, next steps and timeframes
2. Follow-up key actions with internal Support Office stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
3. Send key documentation to Business Development Partners (BDPs) or Practice Owners to complete ahead of practice valuations to ensure timely completion
4. Support Transactions Specialist with valuations requests & completion of key processes
5. Attend meetings with key stakeholders and take notes & next actions to support wider teams
6. Update & maintain practice valuation and tax approval trackers to ensure efficiency
7. Update Transactions Tracker with progress & changes and communicate accordingly
8. Request, collate and input key information relating to a sale from key stakeholders
9. Extract and download key information from online portals from a variety of sources to support Legal drafting
10. Liaise with the Legal team to receive and review Legal documentation to ensure correctness & accuracy prior to release
11. Highlight any discrepancies to the Legal team and co-ordinate timely rectification & timeframe for re-issue
12. Co-ordinate key stakeholder attendance & purchase key gifts to celebrate a Practice Owner signing
13. Book meeting rooms and organise key stakeholder attendance for signings
14. Support with signings and witness & sign documentation where required

15. Excellent written and verbal communication
16. Outstanding co-ordination, planning and organisational skills
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) proficiency
19. Previous experience working in Case Management, desirable not essential
